Each color is applied in a perfectly demarcated vertical band. The width of the segments reflects the percentages of each color used in all national flags. The dream of a unique flag for the entire planet becomes a concrete proposition in this artwork.
The color percentages are: red, 30%, white, 30%, green, 15%, blue, 12%, yellow, 9%, light blue, 8%, black, 5%, orange, 2%, purple, less than 1%, brown, less than 1%, grey, and less than 1%.
